Aston - Stainless Steel Electric Towel Rail H1400mm x W500mm Straight 400w Thermostatic
Material
What tends to put homeowners off purchasing a stainless-steel towel radiator is the slightly higher price tag, compared to the common steel towel rail. But in certain circumstances, stainless steel is definitely worth the investment. Bathroom towel rails are going to come into contact with water from wet towels and hands as well as general moisture from the steam of your toasty hot shower. Stainless steel is a material that is designed to withstand these corrosive elements for years and years â just take a look in your cutlery drawer! If your bathroom is poorly ventilated â lacking in windows and fans to remove moisture - or you have a rare and unusual set up, where the hot water flowing through your radiators is also used as hot water for your taps and showers, then we recommend a stainless steel towel rail to help you fight corrosion for years to come, with the long guarantee length providing extra peace of mind.
StyleThe straight ladder towel rail has been a firm favourite for many years in the bathroom radiator world. The ladder name signifies the run of horizontal tubes connected by two vertical tubes (these are called collectors). âStraightâ â sometimes known as flat, simply means that the horizontals bars run straight across between collectors and when looking at the towel rail from the side, it is completely flat. So, they are great for compact bathrooms where every millimetre counts
ColourThis stainless steel material has a polished finish, much like chrome. The reflective, mirror finish makes it a popular choice for bathrooms. It adds a touch of shine and sparkle in the room and can mesh with your chrome fixtures perfectly.
Heat SourceThis electric towel rail comes with an electric element and works completely independently from any other heating system you may have in your home and so is ideal for those bathrooms where you canât access a central heating system or maybe guest bathrooms rooms that very rarely used. This independence is ideal for summer, providing warm toasty towels without turning on the boiler - saving energy and money.
Accessories
This towel rail is provided with everything required to hang the rail on the wall - brackets & masonry fixings, chrome bleed valve and blanking plug as well as all the accessories needed for the electric functionality. The electric kit includes an electric element, liquid inhibitor and instructions, an extra blanking plug for the bottom entry that wonât have the element installed. The element can be installed on either the left or right hand side of the towel rail - whichever is better for your set up.
The Element
The Talus digital element gives you flexibility and control over your heating system. The thermostatic heating system allows the radiator temperature range to be selected from 45-65°C, in 5°C increments. The LED lights indicate the temperature setting, for at-a-glance checking.
Operation:Standby Mode - When the element is power connected, it will default to standby mode. This will be indicated by a blue light on the power button.
