At UK Radiators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heating solution, which is why we offer a straightforward 14-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, our team is here to ensure your return or exchange is handled efficiently.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Radiator
Carefully repackage the item in its original box, ensuring all valves, brackets, and fixings are included and that the unit is securely protected for transit.
- 3.Arrange Collection or Postage
Affix the return label clearly to the outside of the box and either drop it off at a designated courier point or wait for our team to coordinate a professional collection for larger items.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned radiator to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
