Everything you need for wall mounting and dual fuel operation is included:

• Chrome bleed valve and blanking plug

• Thermostatic electric heating element

The T-piece allows you to connect the electric element and valves simultaneously. The second T-piece (optional) is perfect for symmetrical setups. The element can be installed on either the left or right-hand side of the towel rail.

The Element – Talus Thermostatic Digital Element
Enjoy advanced control and convenience with this digital thermostatic element:

• Temperature Control: Choose from 45°C to 65°C in 5°C increments, indicated via LED lights.

• Standby Mode: Default mode when power is connected (blue LED).

• Heating Mode: Activate by pressing the power button (red LED), then use the ‘T’ button to select temperature.

• Boost/Program Modes:

  • Boost 2hr: Red LED on the clock button – runs for 2 hours, then returns to standby.

  • B1 Program: Blue LED – repeats the 2-hour boost every 24 hours.

  • B2 Program: Red LED – cycles 2 hours on, 10 hours off continuously.

• Error Mode: Activates (flashing red lights) if fluid temperature drops below -10°C or exceeds 85°C.

• Frost Protection: Automatically turns on if fluid temperature drops below 7°C.

Installation Notice
The electric element must be installed by a registered competent electrician. Incorrect installation will void the warranty. Fuse sizing is based on a standard UK 230V supply, but the final decision lies with the installing electrician depending on actual voltage conditions.
